Overview

Injectables are billed at the time of order, similar to skincare products, with one key exception for certain toxin products.

Standard Injectable Billing

For most injectable products:

1. Order is placed through Marketplace

2. Payment method on file is charged at checkout

3. Order is processed and fulfilled by the manufacturer

Toxin Billing (Dysport & Jeuveau)

Toxin products follow a split billing process:

1. A built-in service fee is charged at the time of order

2. The remaining balance is charged by the manufacturer after confirmation and shipment

Why It Matters

Understanding the billing structure helps your team anticipate charges correctly and avoid confusion.
