# PRO Consult

PRO Consult is where you view patient results, run consultations, and generate personalized skincare routines.

This is the core of the Skin Type PRO platform - everything flows through here.

### Where It Fits in the Workflow

PRO Consult is used after a patient completes the Skin Type Quiz.

Inside PRO Consult, you:

* View the patient’s Baumann Skin Type
* Understand their concerns and lifestyle factors
* Review a fully generated skincare routine
* Guide the patient through the consult
* Complete the sale

### How to Access PRO Consult

#### Step 1: Open PRO Consult

From the main navigation, click **PRO Consult**

#### Step 2: Select a Patient

At the top of the page, you’ll see patients who have completed the quiz

Click on a patient to open their consult

### Understanding the Consult Screen

When you open a consult, everything is organized to guide you through the process.

#### 1. Patient Overview

Click the **Consultation** button. This section gives you a quick summary of the patient.

You’ll see:

* Baumann Skin Type
* Key concerns
* Sensitivity indicators
* Lifestyle factors

#### 2. Personalized Routine (Main Section)

This is the most important part of the consult.

You’ll see a complete skincare regimen, typically organized into:

* Morning routine

* Cleanser
* Treatment
* Moisturizer
* Sun protection

Each product in the routine is selected based on:

You can click into products to view more details if needed.

Inside the consult, you’ll have key actions available:

Generate a checkout experience for the patient

Use this to:

* Let the patient scan and purchase
* Send them directly to their personalized routine
